The Habit of the Daughters Of Divine Love comprises of white and blue materials. The choice of these colours are based on Our Blessed Virgin Mary. We look upon Her as our Ideal, model and paragon and thus are to imitate Her in our religious life.

Furthermore they remind us of our total dedication to our Lord through Mary. We are compiled to regard themselves as the humble handmaids of the Lord after the manner of our Lady. "Ecce ancilla Domini" (Luke 1:38).

White is a symbol of purity and perfect charity which we  aim at and strive for in our daily life.

Here in Germany we are properly known as blue sisters because we appear mainly in our blue habit comprising of  blue skirt and blouse with white cape and blue veil.
